Territorial intelligence consists of a set of scientific methodologies, analysis tools and measurement systems that mobilise the stakeholders of a determined territory.
The territorial intelligence approach entails coordinating all stakeholders to bring about actions favouring the collective good (citizens, companies, etc.) through an interaction of the three pillars of sustainable development: the economy, the society and the environment.
SPI has launched a territorial intelligence approach to mark its 50th birthday: the organisation of a conference in collaboration with the ENTI (European Network of Territorial Intelligence) network in September 2011.
